NullPointerException In ClusterMembershipMonitor.clusterMembersChanged (Doc ID 2283352.1)

Symptoms

On OCCAS 5.0 Bundle Patch 3,  after traffic cluster running for some time, some traffic servers throw NullPointerException in com.bea.wcp.sip.management.internal.ClusterMembershipMonitor.clusterMembersChanged.

Restart the cluster stops the NullPointerException, but after some time, NullPointerException appears again.
