Supplier Parent Search Fields Are Missing From RMS Create Order Task - Supplier Site LOV list (Doc ID 2283449.1)

Symptoms

Going to Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Task/Orders/Create Order window, selecting the Supplier Site List of Value (LOV) and pressing the Search link found at the bottom of the list, notice that the Supplier Site Search window does not have all 4 search field, it has only 2 fields.
The Supplier Parent and Supplier Parent name filters do not exists on Create Order Task - Supplier Site LOV. They exists only on Item creation.


Steps to recreate:

  1. Go to Task/Orders/Create Order window.
  2. Select the Supplier Site LOV, press the Search link found at the bottom of the list. Notice that the Supplier Site Search window does not have all 4 search fields. It has only 2 search fields.
      While creating an item and inserting a supplier for that item, selecting the LOV list of the Supplier Site and pressing the Search link found at the bottom of the list, the Supplier Site Search window does have all 4 search fields.
