Symptoms
On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management version 2.1.0.3, on a meter exchange scenario if there is a roll-over (consumption exceeds number of dials) the prior measurement search is not restricted to the current installation event. This results in an error for measurements on the new meter, for the new install event, from being finalized.
Expected Behavior: In the process of looking for start read on the new install, the initial measurement data shouldn’t look past the new installation date time.
