INVOICE_DATA Opcode Doesn't Work for Usage Event on PS17 (Doc ID 2283587.1)

Symptoms

An issue occurs when trying to execute the PCM_OP_INV_DECODE_INVOICE_DATA opcode for a usage event after updating to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 PatchSet (PS) 17.

  1. Generate input flist for the opcode PCM_OP_INV_DECODE_INVOICE_DATA from a PS 8 environment for a usage event.  Then run the said opcode on PS 8:
