CCB: Email Validation Is Not Working As Expected In Person Page. (Doc ID 2283775.1)

Symptoms

 Users are able to save invalid Email Contacts
Information with spaces or invalid characters even though the format algorithm is plugged in.

The CC&B user interface is allowing invalid email addresses to be submitted
to the system.
Two emails have been added to the Person Contacts, both of which are invalid:
<LASTNAME>,<FIRSTNAME>@<DOMAIN>  -  comma is invalid
invalid email@<DOMAIN> - space is invalid
