Error: ''Status 403" After Login to P6 Mobile (Doc ID 2283790.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to the P6 Mobile app, the following error occurs but the user is able to log into the Team Member Web application on a Windows computer without problem:

Status 403

 

The following error message is generated in the p6tmweb.log file:
