Symptoms

Store/Warehouse address type "04" - Order is missing from store/warehouse address type list on Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Steps to recreate:

  1. Go to Action / Organizational Hierarchy
  2. Select the store option, include a store number, filter the list, and press the "Edit" button.
  3. Press the "Address" button and try to add an address for Address type 04 - Order
  4. Press the Address type LOV button but there is no address 04 - Order defined
