ISS / Glassfish Message Queue Broker Runs Out Of Threads (Doc ID 2283947.1)

Symptoms

Using ISS 1u5-29.15600 with Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.2.14 (build 1)

Our site has an internal security scanner that does something to the mqbroker embedded in Glassfish where it runs out of threads and then it is stuck that way.  It never frees up.  This takes ISS out of service until it is restarted.

We see the following WARNING in the Message Queue Broker log, <host>-imqbroker-log.txt:
