ReSA Does Not Allow To Add Items To Customer Order Transactions Directly Using Transaction Maintenance Screen (Doc ID 2283994.1)

Symptoms

ReSA restricts adding an item having item status related to customer order ('ORI ', 'ORC', 'ORD') directly using ReSA Transaction Maintenance screen, "Cannot change item status to any of the Order/Layaway status" message is displayed.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Upload a RTLOG with Order Cancel transaction but without items (No TITEM record).
  2. Try to fix the error by adding the missing item with item status "Ord Cancel" (ORC) from Transaction Maintenance screen.

This behavior reduces user flexibility to fix errors using ReSA GUI.
