After enabling LOG_CALLOUT_DELAYS there may be some remaining questions regarding some of the log formatted messages that are seen:
There are spam filter options enabled. Why do we see values for S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8?
What explanation is there for the output for S1 & S2 in the above examples?
