Noteworthy Fixes in Allocation 14.1.3 Patch Related To What If, Cross Dock Allocations and Item Location Relationship Validation

Symptoms
Issue 1: If two items and single Store are added to a What If Allocation and If ITEM_LOC.SOURCE_WH are different for each ITEM_LOC records, The Preview Purchase Order screen shows same warehouse for both the Item records.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Select two items linked to same store but different ITEM_LOC.SOURCE_WH.
- Create What If Allocation.
- Add the store.
- Set rule as manual or any other rule
- Ensure Final quantity is non zero.
- Navigate to What IF Summary.
- Select the records and Apply
- Preview Purchase Order.
Issue 2: Cannot approve Cross dock WH-ST Allocation With Enforce Supply Chain
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a What IF Purchase Order(PO) of type cross dock with destination as store
- Approve the PO
- Try Approving the Cross dock Allocation
- Notice the Error.
- Reapply manual rule
- Set final quantity
- Approve the Allocation
- Approval fails with No Location error
Issue 3:
Final qty is "0" for all locations error while approving Cross Dock Allocation.
- Create a What IF PO of type cross dock with destination as store.
- Approve the PO
- Try Approving the Cross dock Allocation
- Notice the Error.
- Reapply manual rule
- Set final quantity as "0"
- Approve the Allocation.
Issue 4: Enhancement to change Item Source and destination validation to ITEM_LOC table.
