Symptoms

MSS user is not able to assign circuit on facility due to mismatch between rate code of circuit(N/A) and facility circuit-position (having a rate code of E1).

Rate code compatibility setting is already present mapping E1 to N/A rate code and N/A to E1 rate code.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a circuit with N/A Rate code
2. Try assigning it to a circuit position of rate code E1,
