Order Created Using XMl API :When Labels and Values Change ,the Non NGN Items Show as In-Service (Doc ID 2284688.1)

Last updated on MARCH 22, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution - Version 6.2.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, PSR

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
While making a PSR Order using createOrderRequest xml API ,when a change is made to a value label on a NON-NGN item the activity of the item should go to "Change" (currently it stays "Inservice") just as it does for the

NGN(template based) items. This is needed to allow the MSS user to view the entire service the customer has, but easily identify where the change is taking place.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
When a change is made to a value label on a NON-NGN item the activity of the item should go to "Change" (currently it stays "Inservice")

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Create a change order using a xml api .
2-We see that the line-item (of a non-ngn type) is coming as "Inservice" even when the label value is changed in the xml-api. structure.
