CCG 551 : Start Analyze Table job failed with ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to run CCG start analyze tables
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
ANALYZE TABLE XDB.XDB$XTABCOLS ESTIMATE STATISTICS FOR TABLE FOR ALL INDEXES SAM
PLE 30 PERCENT
Error occurred while executing statement to be processed
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

ORA-01490: invalid ANALYZE command


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login to CCG as admin user.
  2. Navigate to Jobs --> Schedule a Job.
  3. Click "Add Item" button, Select Job Type = Standalone.
  4. Select Program name = "Start Analyze Tables"
  5. Select Parameters
  6. Click Save.
  7. The job "CCG Platform: Start Analyze Tables" is submitted.
  8. Navigate to Jobs --> View Current Jobs.
  9. The job is not submitted and is missing from the list of current jobs.
