No DCI(s) can be queried from DCIs .

The initial error shown at the bottom of the screen is:
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
When we click the Exit button, three more errors pop up in this order:
FRM-41058: No such property for Get_Item_property
69790: Unexpected return item – Form will now exit
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item DCI_CTL_CTL.RETURN_FIELD
