Exchange Rate Search By Date Displays Out To (date)range Results As Well

The exchange rate portal (Main > Pricing Management > Exchange Rate), displays results with dates that do not fall within the specified Effective Start and End dates.

The results displayed should fall within the specified Effective Start and End dates.

Steps to Reproduce

• Main Menu > Pricing Management > Exchange Rate.
• Give a date range for search (effective start and end), make sure there exist exchange rates outside this range in the system.

The UI search displays results outside date range as well.
