Error message when session expired in Multi-tenant 8.1 environment (Doc ID 2285104.1)

Symptoms

In Argus 8.1, security has been enhanced by implementing timeout mechanism i.e if users are idle for more than a specified time limit, the application displays a warning message and eventually times out if there is no response from users.

The timeout limit can be set through common profile switch which has 30 minutes as out-of-the-box timeout limit and warning message appear about 3 minutes before the session timeout. This functionality is not working in customer's multi-tenant environment i.e in GHP Pages. The warning pop-up message is not appearing at all.

After timeout the below error message appears -
