On : P6 Web Services version, Business Objects

When attempting to change the owner on an activity using ActivityOwner Service > UpdateActivityOwners Operation, the following error occurs.

Update failed because related instance(s) has been deleted.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot update the owner field to be different from the currently set owner.
