Sip-message.log File Size Cannot Be Set Above 65535 KB In Case Of OCCAS 7.0.0.1 (Doc ID 2285539.1)

Symptoms

In case of OCCAS 5.x the maximum value of the parameter - "Rotation file size" was only around 65535 KB.

A patch was provided for WebLogic Server 10.3.3, and then the maximum value of this parameter could be set to a value of "2097150 KB" (almost around 2GB). The details of the issue and the patch link can be found in the following doc:

The fix was included in WebLogic 12.1.3 bundled with OCCAS 7.0.0.1.

However, in case of OCCAS 7.0.0.1 sip-message.log file size cannot be set above 65535 KB.

So code change on OCCAS side was needed to allow 1~ 2097150 kilobytes.
