How to Add Initial Report For Imported Cases That Have Already Had Initial Reports Sent From Another System (Doc ID 2285963.1)

How can we support the following process?:

Customer has some cases that are processed by licensed partner. The partner is reporting the initial reports directly to the the health authority from their system. The cases are then sent to customer via E2B and imported into Argus.

All follow-ups must be processed by customer but somewhere they need to track the initial reports. Customer wants to know how they can migrate, import or otherwise enter information in CMN_REG_REPORTS (and other relevant tables) so that users will understand that the initial report has already been submitted to the health authority and that they only need to process follow-ups.
