Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Planner workbench

Why are Planned orders created for high priority demands instead of pegging to existing on-hand supplies?

- Sales Order demand due next month is pegged to new Planned Order,
even if the required profile options are set to ensure that Safety Stock demand should
get lower priority and On hand is available.

- On-hand is pegged to safety stock demand.
