Changes to hierarchy type are not reflected on the summary screen

For any account, if adding the "Organizational Type", it is not getting saved.

Organizational Type should be reflected on the Summary screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Billing care, query for any account
2. Select “Billing Account” in the Organization Hierarchy Type on the Account Profile screen and click "Save" button
3. Changes to Hierarchy Type are not reflected on the Summary screen
