COBOL program search is not working properly.
Go to Admin Menu - C - Cobol program
Search by keyword such as "CI", search using program component ID and searching using Prog Com Name shows different results.
Some of the "short comments" not shown when searching via Prog Com Name.
When click on that cobol program, the Template shows "Invalid Value"
