ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bill is displaying showing the same information twice.

After moving to 2.5 , on clicking "Display Bill", Bill is displaying showing the same information twice in PDF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bill need to displays only once.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to any Bill
2. Click on Display Bill
3. Bill is displaying showing the same information twice in PDF.

This log file "showUserLog_XXX.txt" shows that the base CIPBXBLX start and End "TWICE".
