MSS 6.2.1 EQUIPMENTS
In the Equipment Inventory window, when assigning a parent circuit to a port on a piece of equipment which has a placeholder on its first mounting position, the child circuit assigned to the first channel of the parent circuit is not getting mapped to the port on the card installed on the mounting position with the placeholder as expected. Instead, the grandchild circuit assigned to the first channel of the child circuit is getting mapped to this port, and the application therefore displays the grandchild circuit as assigned to this port within Equipment Inventory.
