Performance Issue Observed In GL Report (Doc ID 2286538.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), version, General Ledger (GL),

Scenario 1:

GL job is taking more than 1 hour for the last couple of days. Initially, it was taking around 30 -40 minutes, but since last 1 week, its crossing more than an hour.


This error was thrown while trying to generate xml reports for a particular segment which had huge number of events to be processed.

How to overcome this issue and be able to successfully generate the report and export the XML reports.
