Total Calls for a customer in Customer View of Trouble Info is incorrect
A customer called in 3 times, and a second called in once. In the Callers View there are 4 calls shown. When you show Customers, the column "Total Calls" only shows 1 call for each customer
Expect that the Total Calls column should show 3 calls for one customer and 1 call for the other customer.
1. Enter 3 calls for 1 customer
2. Enter 1 call for a second customer. Note Customer view count is incorrect.
