Symptoms

On : 12.2.5

After applying patch Mandatory 12.2.5 VCP Consolidated Patch 2 for R12.SCP_PF.C.Delta.6 (22493520) + VCP Cumulative Update Patch #6 (25515083) the performance of the Memory Based Snapshot is taking longer to complete.- currently using 64 bit Linux Snapshot MSCNPL64.ppc 120.11.12020000.19.1220500.13 from one off patch 25515083 - this is CUM patch #6 on 12.2.5.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected Unconstrained plan to be done with Snapshot concurrent requests in 20 minutes and 10 minutes for Constrained plan

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. (N) Supply Chain Plan / Names
3. Query the Plan and click launch
