A Script Error displays when creating an EWO and clicking on its User Data configured Date field (see error text and image below).

Recreation Steps

1. Add EWO User Data field

   (a) TEST_DATE
   (b) Data Type: DATE
   (c) User Data Default Input: ', 'MM-DD-YYYY'

2. Create new EWO

3. Click on the calendar control and the Script Error is received
