Symptoms

Draft E2B reports fail to generate after clicking Draft E2B Icon with the following error:

Error No: 402000609 Description Case
General error while creating ICSR report.
The SGML could not be generated for parent element: SAFETYREPORT and child element: NULLIFICATIONREASON. The following error occurred: ORA-00932: inconsistent
datatypes: expected - got CLOB ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1707 ORA-06512: at "ESM_QUERY.ESM_PKG", line 2914.
Stored Procedure: GENERATE_SAFETYREPORT
