Goal

On OCCAS 5.1.0 version, when the OCCAS container encounters a mal-formed Alert-Info header within the initial INVITE or the 200 OK response, it drops the message on the floor and stops processing.
Need more graceful handling of mal-formed or invalid headers by the container.
