On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0 patchset 17, when using the Billing Care User Interface (BCUI), it has been observed that account adjustments are taking an unacceptably long time. Adjustments that typically take less than 5 seconds are taking between 10 and 15 seconds.
This performance issue can be observed with the following steps:
- Launch BCUI
- Open an existing account
- Perform an adjustment
- Note the time taken
