Adapter Services Fail With "Not Enough Storage Is Available To Complete This Operation" Error (Doc ID 2287190.1)

Symptoms

The LTMH adapter failing while processing the XML files. After "Applying Business Rule" is seen in the log, indicated that processing began on the file, the files first fail with error, "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation". Later in processing files begin to fail with "Catastrophic failure".
