Scheduled Report Is Not Attached To Email Distribution Although Configured for Email Distribution in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Scheduled report ran and notification is emailed without attachment with the following message:
The report named <> from the folder <> completed successfully.
The report output was not attached to this email because either the attachment size was too large or the report owner specified not to email the attachment.
Report output is stored in the tracking system for a limited duration.
You can view the output by logging into the tracking system and viewing the report output from the history tab.
NOTE: Scheduled report was configured to be emailed, and the size if not over the environment or email domain limitation size. The Report is a Composite Report, with a template.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as user with permission to schedule reports.
2. Locate a Composite Report with a template, schedule the report, and configure to email the report to the users named.
3. When email is received, statement says it ran, but was not attached, check the system, the report is in history, but not emailed to specified users.
A change was made to the Template for the composite report.
