Symptoms

Unable to add the file or create a file folder object with below error

Error
ORA-00001: unique constraint (AGILE.ATTACHMENT_UNUM) violated

Steps

  1. Login to Web Client
  2. Open an object, goto attachments tab and add a file
  3. Gets error
