BO Flash Sales Report Is Not Showing Correct 'Number Of Transactions' Count (Doc ID 2287492.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) version 13.4.8 version, ORBO Flash sales report is not showing correct 'Number of Transactions' count therefore, Average Transaction is also not matching with actual sales.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Below set of transactions were performed in Oracle Retail Point-of Service client:
Transaction 1: Sale.
4321 x 1
1234 x 1
Total = 65.98

Transaction 2: Sale
41 x 2
4321 x 1
1234 x 1
Total = 69.96

Transaction 3: Sale
4321 x 1
41 x 1
Total = 57.40

Transaction 4: Return With Receipt
4321 x 1
Total = (55.15)

Transaction 5: Even Exchange Transaction.
1234 x 1 (sale)
1234 x 1 (return without receipt)
Total = 0.00

Transaction 6: Negative Exchange Transaction
1234 x 1 (sale)
4321 x 1 (return without receipt)
41 x 1 (return without receipt)
Total = (46.32)

Total Nos Of Transactions = 6
Total Sold = 10
Total Returned = 4

Item No 41 Sold = 3
Item No 41 Returned = 1

Item No 1234 Sold = 4
Item No 1234 Returned = 1

Item No 4321 Sold = 3
Item No 4321 Returned = 2
