Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OC-NCC) 5.0.2, for some of the requests received, OsdInterface is responding with "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error".

The below error is logged in process log:

This seems to happen during high load period on the respective Service Logic Controller (SLC) node.
