Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Customer Care

The Action menu did not response when the page is scrolled down.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Action Menu items are not getting displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Action menu items should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open an account in BCUI
2) Scroll the page down until the summary page details is hidden (Home and Bill Tabs reached top of screen)
3) Click the "Actions" menu
