On ALM 8.0.4, there appear to be a few User Interface (UI) issues with Forecast Rates UI specifically Structured Change Method:
In the Forecast Rates Screen, if you create a definition with multiple scenarios, from scenario #2 and above after you define and save a Structured Change Method for an interest rate code (IRC) then try to see the assumption for the IRC, it will appear like nothing has been defined in the Spread screen and also nothing in the View screen. If you check the fsi_interest_rates_audit in a process with this Forecast Rates assumption you will see that the rates are properly applied.
1. The System ID is not shown for the Forecast Rates in their screen.
2. When you press view rates for an IRC to see the forecasted values (besides the fact that they do not show up correctly), the Bucket Numbers are way off. 1 is repeating multiple times.
Expect the Forecast Rates UI to display the correct rates and buckets in the View screens.
Use Audit tables to verify proper Forecast Rates.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Forecast Rates -> Structured Change Method -> create a definition with multiple scenarios, from scenario #2 and above after you define and save a Structured Change Method for an IRC then try to see the assumption for the IRC
2. Press view rates for an IRC
