OCOMC Suspense Recycling Is Not Working (Doc ID 2288438.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.0.3.6.0 version,

Issue is that, during suspense recycling, it is complaining that the XML is not well formed. But XML data is created by suspense DC only. Also, user has tried to verify the validation online of the XML, it seems to be fine.

How to point out where it is not having correct data?
