Symptoms

Why are we getting device inhibited error dialog message on a device that is not SCADA controlled?

We are trying to open a breaker in NMS and get a dialog message stating that the device is inhibited.  There is no entry in the SCADA Summary for this breaker, so it is not clear why the system thinks that the device is being listed as inhibited.

Changes

Recent mapping update to the SCADA controlled devices made.   Some devices were removed from being SCADA controlled.
