NF Nullify Process Not Sending WMS/SIM Message (Doc ID 2288689.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to cancel a NF that is rejected, RFM is not sending message to SIM / WMS with stock adjustment.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Attempt to cancel a rejected NF (example, RTV and STOCK).
  2. No messages sent to WMS or SIM upon nullify.
