C1-PNDBL Duplicate Key Error In ORMB 2.5.0.3 (Doc ID 2289602.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.3.0 version, BT - Batch

When attempting to run the C1-PNDBL multiple times on the same bill cycle period using Trial mode, it encounters an error. This batch was ran in 180 threads, only one thread encountered the aforementioned error, the rest got completed successfully.

 "CIPBBLGB - Bill ID 293739550810 Sequence 00001 combination, duplicate key error".


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
