Symptoms

On : 2.2.0.3.13 version, Mobile Communications Platform

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During MCP login, the 'Primary Function' dropdown is showing '<?>Invalid Value' for Meter Operative

During MCP login, the default Primary Function displays '<?>Invalid Value' in the dropdown, wherein it should be the Crew and Crew Type specific Primary Function

When the Mobile Worker, Crew and Crew Shift are of type 'DCC Meter Operator', the service class has only 1 value and hence the primary function dropdown displays only 1 value as expected

But when the Mobile Worker, Crew and Crew Shift are of type 'SMART Meter Operator' or 'Meter Operator', the service class has the expected value as well as has 'DCC METER OPERATIONS' which is not expected and hence the primary function dropdown displays 1 value as expected for the corresponding Crew and an additional value '<?>Invalid Value

Below is the  analysis for the same

While logging into the MCP, the Script M1-MCPPreShf invokes BS M1-MDTQueryService. This BS is fetching Service Class DCC METER OPERATIONS in every case after running the SQL

There are entries for Service Class only for DCC METER OPERATIONS in M1_BO_XML table. Tried  to create new Dummy Service Class, the entry corresponding to the same was not made
