In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT), when running a FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER to instrument table Dynamic Driver Allocation, the balances for the non-functional currency rows are incorrectly getting converted to the functional currency.

For example:

The functional currency = 'TRY'

Source: FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER has a balance of $130 USD

Driver: Instrument table (driver is 1 in this example)

Target: Instrument table has a resulting balance of $401.14 USD
(Currency is set to <Same As Source>)

The source balance (USD) is multiplied by an exchange rate (3.085700004) to change it into the functional (TRY) for the driver calculation but the balance is not converted back to the source currency.  (Result is $130 * 3.085700004 = $401.14 when you expect a result of $130).

You do not expect the resulting balance to be output in the functional currency.
