TRC: Post 3.1.0.4, Users Get ADF_FACES-60097 Error In Single Patient Viewer (Doc ID 2289826.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.1.0.2 version, Performance

When attempting to open a Single Patient Viewer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error
log for an entry beginning with:ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception
during PPR, #2



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Logon to Cohort
2) Cohort Viewer -> Cohort List ->Select 1 Query -> Click on Export
3) The export process will take sometime to complete Do you want to continue?
4) Click OK
  The error ORA-00942: table or view does not exist appears
5) Click on Single Patient Viewer tab
  enter Patient Id then submit

The following error appears:
