Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) 5.0.1, the Diameter PermittedInstances configuration item does not honor unlimited connected clients when set to 0, which is defined as 'allow all' according to the documentation.
Second and subsequent bind attempts are rejected.
Expected behaviour:
One should have as many connections as they want from that endpoint if PermittedInstances is set to 0.
