Web Service Call Returns a Status 200, Picker Value Is Empty in Unifier (Doc ID 2290178.1)

Symptoms

Utilizing Unifier 16.1.6.0 while performing a Web Service call, a success status 200 is returned.  The picker value is empty, even though verified to have data in the line items of the Business Process (BP) record.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
     1. Create a configurable manager
     2. Configure the BP to use the configurable manager
     3. Connect into web services
     4. Attempt to web service calls for the line item bp
     5. Click Server Configuration


ERROR in Unifier Log

A generic NullPointerException error is seen in the Unifier log file.
