Performance Issue with SAEXPRMS Batch (Doc ID 2290268.1)

Symptoms

There is a performance issue with SAEXPRMS(Sales Export to RMS) batch.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a large number of RTLOG files.  (For example, 300 RTLOGs containing 550,000+ transactions).

2. Run the following batches:
    SAIMPTLOGI
    SAIMPTLOGFIN
    SATOTALS
    SARULES
    SAPREEXP

3. Run SAEXPRMS. Notice the batch runs for a long time.
