Billing Care: Suspended Payments Search Performance Issue (Doc ID 2290319.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Billing Care:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Fetch the suspense payments list taking ~ 45 seconds (only 2-3 payments were there in suspense).
Allocate payment from suspense to Account ~ auto allocate was taking around 10 minutes.
Move payment from account to suspense ~ also taking around 10 minutes.
There were not more than 10-12 open items on any accounts which were trying to allocate the payment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR


Suspended payments search and other payment related operations on BillingCare page should perform fast.
