Billing Care: Suspended Payments Search Performance Issue

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Billing Care:
Fetch the suspense payments list taking ~ 45 seconds (only 2-3 payments were there in suspense).
Allocate payment from suspense to Account ~ auto allocate was taking around 10 minutes.
Move payment from account to suspense ~ also taking around 10 minutes.
There were not more than 10-12 open items on any accounts which were trying to allocate the payment.
